Cashiq offers optional Premium features through subscriptions managed by RevenueCat. By purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to the pricing displayed in the app
• Payments are processed by the App Store / Google Play
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law or platform policies.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Cashiq is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not access your financial data unless explicitly required for features you enable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and functionality of Cashiq are the property of Guztech.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Cashiq available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cashiq is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error-free
• The app will meet your expectations
• Financial data tracking will always be accurate

Use the app at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guztech shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or financial information
• Issues arising from third-party services (such as RevenueCat)

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Cashiq at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app or at the appropriate URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Argentina.
